By using SAKULAB products (hereinafter referred to as “this product”), you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

1. Streaming and Commercial Use

You may use this product on video streaming platforms such as YouTube and Twitch. There are no restrictions on use even for monetized channels or streams operated by corporations.

Credit attribution (including the author’s name or a link) is optional. If you do choose to include it, we’d appreciate it if you could mention “SAKULAB”—it really encourages us!

2. Prohibited Acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited.

Reselling, redistributing, or claiming this product (including the source code) as your own creation
Illegally removing the watermark (logo) from the free version and using it
Using this product in content that violates public order and morals, or in political or religious activities
Selling derivative works that feature this product as the main content

3. Modifications (Customization)

You are free to rewrite the code or modify the design for personal use only. However, distributing or selling modified versions to third parties is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

This product is designed to operate with OBS Studio.

The creator assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any malfunctions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of this product. Additionally, future OS or browser updates may affect its operation.

5. Copyright

The copyright for this product and all text, images, programs, and other content posted on this site belongs to “SAKULAB.” Unauthorized reproduction, republication, redistribution, or other use beyond the scope permitted by law is strictly prohibited.
